Cases is a great place to ask questions to the Information Technology (IT) team. You can ask questions, requests improvements, reports, etc…

Creating a Case #

Once you click on “Create IT Support Ticket” you will be prompted to a new screen to ask your question.

  1. You can title your question anything.
  2. Priority Types:
    a. Low
    b. Normal
    c. High
    d. Urgent
  3. Types:
    a. Question – Ask anything
    b. Incident – Did something happen that shouldn’t have?
    c. Problem – Are you stuck?
  4. Write a detailed description of your question/concern here. Please be as detailed as possible.
  5. Attach screenshots to help us troubleshoot.
